The Art of Handmade Creation
Each item from Kundaliniprana.com is not a mass-produced product. It is a spiritual creation, meticulously handcarved and handmade by artisans in a sacred Tibetan temple. This ancient and deliberate process is a central part of our brand's mission.
Before your item begins its journey, it is blessed prior to its shipment, imbuing it with a special energy and intention. This handcrafted, spiritual process means that patience is not just appreciated, but a necessary part of the journey. We thank you for your understanding.
Order Processing Time
The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:
- Order Verification & Creation (Processing Time): After your order is placed, it is sent to our Tibetan artisans for verification and tailoring within 48 hours. Because each item is handcarved and handmade from scratch, the creation and quality check process takes an additional 5–7 working days.
- Blessing & Packaging: After your item is crafted, it is blessed according to tradition and carefully packaged for its journey.
Shipping & Delivery Time
This refers to the time it takes for your items to be shipped from our manufacturer to your destination.
- Total Estimated Delivery Time (Post-Processing): After your order has been processed and leaves the temple, delivery typically takes an additional 7-15 working days to arrive, for the USA (depending on your location).
- For UK, CA, NZ, and FR Orders: Items are typically shipped via e-packet or USPS (a US Postal Service product). After leaving the facility, these orders generally take between 7 and 25 days to arrive. Customers in the contiguous United States often receive their orders sooner.
- For International Orders: International delivery usually takes about 10–35 business days. Delivery time ultimately depends on distance, local delivery standards, customs processing, and weather conditions.
Total Estimated Delivery Time
To provide a clear estimate, please factor in both processing and shipping time:
Total Delivery Time = (5-7 working days processing) + (7-35 working days shipping)
We will do our best to ensure your order arrives as quickly as possible while respecting the unique, handmade process involved in its creation.
Free Worldwide Shipping
We are pleased to offer FREE Shipping on all orders totaling $50 or more worldwide, which includes APO/FPO/DPO addresses. Orders qualifying for free shipping will be sent via U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive an email notification with tracking information. This will allow you to monitor your package's journey as it makes its way to you.
Important Considerations
- Customs & Duties: International orders may be subject to customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient.
- Delivery Estimates: All delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. Unforeseen delays can occur due to customs, weather, and other factors outside of our control.
- Address Accuracy: Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of purchase. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
